10 Positive Affirmations for Wellness

It turns out that old adage, “Mind over matter,” actually holds some water. As the new year starts, try spending a couple minutes everyday repeating these affirmations out loud and with confidence.

  • I nourish myself with nutritious foods and plenty of water every day that give me abundant energy.
  • Every day I make decisions to get healthier and healthier and feel better and better.
  • I am full of energy and vitality and my mind is calm and peaceful.
  • My metabolism has improved as a result of my exercises and I am leaner and fitter.
  • I breathe deeply, exercise regularly and feed only good nutritious food to my body.
  • I keep my body moving throughout the day and only eat foods that fuel my movement.
  • I devote 15 minutes a day to intentional movement and drink plenty of water.
  • I am strong, in great shape, and have plenty of energy.
  • I get 8 hours of sleep every night to allow my body to recover and get ready for a great day tomorrow.
